We have made the process of submitting your items as easy and convenient as possible. For guild members, there are submit bags available at the guild house in chest on the "pub" level. In the near future, we will be placing a vendor at the auction house with these kits as well.
These kits include a book and a red leave.
In the book include your name (and guild name if not in -Y-), description of item & what you would like to start bidding of your item at. Keep in mind there is a small 10% fee of sale price. This fee helps fund the auction and also helps the guild and new members. If you are wishing to donate the item please indicate in your book.
Once you have all information written in book, use the red leave to seal the words and insure all items being submitted/donated (if the items are not blessed).
Drop your bag including your book and items in mailbox at the auction house. Rune for auction house is locked down on roof of guild house and has been included in the guild runebook.
Failure to submit items in this manor will cause your item/s not going up for bid until corrected.
